Telit ME910C1-NA

The ME910C1-NA is an LTE Category M1 module designed specifically for North American IoT applications, supporting LTE bands B2 (1900 MHz), B4 (AWS 1700 MHz), B12 (700 MHz), and B13 (700 MHz). Part of Telit's xE910 family, this 28.2 x 28.2 x 2.2 mm LGA module delivers LTE Cat M1 connectivity with maximum uplink speeds of 236 kbps and downlink speeds of 296 kbps.

Built for IoT deployments requiring minimal power consumption and extended coverage, the module features 3GPP Release 13 compliance with Power Saving Mode (PSM) and extended Discontinuous Reception (eDRX) capabilities, enabling devices to wake periodically for data transmission before returning to sleep mode for prolonged battery life. The module provides enhanced coverage with up to +15 dB/+20 dB in maximum coupling loss compared to other cellular technologies.

The ME910C1-NA operates on a supply voltage range of 3.2-4.2V DC with a nominal voltage of 3.8V DC, functioning across an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It includes multiple interfaces such as USB 2.0 HS, UART, SPI, I2C, and up to 10 I/O ports with a 1.8V SIM interface. The module supports IPv4/IPv6 stack with TCP and UDP protocols, SMS functionality, SSL security, and firmware over-the-air updates.

Certified by FCC, GCF, PTCRB, AT&T, Verizon, Ifetel, and US Cellular, the ME910C1-NA is ideal for smart metering, security and surveillance, point of sales, health monitoring, fleet management, asset tracking, and wearable devices. The module includes Telit's OneEdge software suite with IoT AppZone C development environment, offering over 4MB of file system and more than 1MB of application RAM for custom application development directly on the module.
