Telit ME910C1-AU

The ME910C1-AU is an LTE Cat M1/NB1 module designed specifically for IoT applications in the Australian market. This dual-mode module supports both LTE Cat M1 and NB1 (NB-IoT) technologies, compliant with 3GPP Release 13 specifications, delivering optimized power consumption and enhanced coverage for machine-type communications.

Operating on LTE bands B3 (1800 MHz), B5 (850 MHz), B8 (900 MHz), and B28 (700 MHz), the ME910C1-AU provides maximum data rates of up to 300 kbps downlink and 236 kbps uplink in Cat M1 mode, or 21 kbps downlink and 62.5 kbps uplink in NB1 mode. The module features Power Saving Mode (PSM) and extended Discontinuous Reception (eDRX) capabilities, enabling devices to wake periodically for data transmission before returning to sleep mode, significantly extending battery life in IoT deployments.

Built in the compact 28.2 x 28.2 x 2.2 mm LGA form factor as part of Telit's xE910 family, the ME910C1-AU offers enhanced coverage with up to +15 dB/+20 dB improvement in maximum coupling loss compared to other cellular technologies. The module operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a nominal supply voltage of 3.8V DC (3.2-4.2V range), and includes multiple interfaces such as USB 2.0 HS, UART, SPI, and I2C.
