Telit LN920A6-WW

The Telit LN920A6-WW is a high-speed LTE Category 6 M.2 data card delivering 300 Mbps peak download and 50 Mbps peak upload speeds. Designed in the standard M.2 (NGFF) form factor measuring 30 x 42 x 2.4 mm, this data card supports extensive LTE frequency bands (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 48 CBRS, 66, 71) and WCDMA bands (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 19) for global deployments. The module features 3G DC-HSPA+ 42.0/5.76 fallback capability and supports up to 2xCA downlink carrier aggregation.

Built on the Qualcomm SDX12 chipset and compliant with 3GPP Release 12, the LN920A6-WW includes an integrated GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Galileo with a dedicated RF connector and internal L1 LNA. The card offers a high-speed USB 3.0 interface, dual-SIM capability (single standby), and operates across the full industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Advanced security features include SELinux architecture and secure boot functionality.

The LN920A6-WW holds multiple certifications including FCC, IC, CE/RED, PTCRB, GCF, and major carrier approvals from AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile US, and FirstNet. With driver support for Windows 11 and Linux, firmware over-the-air update capability, and LwM2M support, this data card is ideal for enterprise routers, gateways, indoor and outdoor CPE, fixed wireless access, and mobile computing applications worldwide.
