Telit LN920A12-WW

The Telit LN920A12-WW is a high-speed LTE Category 12 M.2 data card delivering 600 Mbps peak download and 150 Mbps peak upload speeds. Built on the Qualcomm SDX12 chipset and compliant with 3GPP Release 12, this module supports up to 3xCA downlink carrier aggregation and extensive LTE band coverage including bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 48 (CBRS), 66, and 71, along with WCDMA bands 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 19 for 3G/HSPA+ fallback.

Designed in a standard M.2 (NGFF) form factor measuring 30 x 42 x 2.4 mm, the LN920A12-WW features a high-speed USB 3.0 interface, dual-SIM support (dual-SIM, single standby), and an embedded GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Galileo with a dedicated RF connector and internal L1 LNA. The module operates across a full industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a 3.3V nominal supply voltage (3.1-3.6V range).

Security features include SELinux architecture and secure boot capabilities to prevent unauthorized code execution. The data card supports up to three independent firmware images onboard, selectable at boot for various network operator requirements, and includes firmware over-the-air (FOTA) update capability. Driver support is available for Windows 11 and Linux operating systems.

The LN920A12-WW holds extensive certifications including regulatory approvals from Anatel, CCC, CE/RED, FCC, IC, JATE/TELEC, NCC, and industry standard certifications from GCF, KC, PTCRB, and Spark NZ. It is also certified with major mobile network operators including AT&T, Docomo, FirstNet, KDDI, NTT, RCM, T-Mobile US, and Verizon, making it suitable for global deployments across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC regions for applications in fixed wireless access, enterprise routers and gateways, indoor and outdoor CPE, and mobile computing devices.
