Telit LE910C4-WWX mPCIe SIM

The Telit LE910C4-WWX mPCIe SIM is an LTE Cat.4 Mini PCIe module optimized for low category LTE networks, supporting download speeds up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds up to 50 Mbps. This 3GPP Release 10 compliant module features DC-HSPA+ 42.0/5.76 Mbps fallback capabilities and includes both Rx Diversity and MIMO DL 2x2 support for enhanced signal reception.

Designed in the standard Mini PCIe data-card form factor (51 x 30 x 32mm) with a 181-pin LGA interface, the module offers comprehensive connectivity options including USB 2.0 HS/HSIC, UART, PCM, and 10 GPIO ports operating at 1.8V. It supports both 1.8V and 3V SIM interfaces and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

The LE910C4-WWX provides VoLTE support and SMS over IMS capabilities, along with built-in TCP/IP, UDP/IP, FTP, and SMTP protocol stacks supporting both IPv4 and IPv6. The module is controlled via AT commands according to 3GPP standards and includes Telit custom AT commands. It features simultaneous support for GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and QZSS positioning systems.

With a nominal supply voltage of 3.8 VDC (range: 3.3-4.2 VDC) and Class 3 output power (23 dBm), the module is REACH and RoHS compliant. It supports over-the-air firmware updates and includes OMA-DM Telit Software Management capabilities. The module is IoT Connectivity Ready, supporting Telit's suite of Value Added Services including Module Management, and is Portal-ready with high-level AT commands for simplified device onboarding.
