Telit LE910C4-WWX mPCIe

The Telit LE910C4-WWX mPCIe is an LTE Cat.4 module in a standard Mini PCIe form factor, designed for IoT applications and mobile data computing devices. This module supports LTE FDD Cat.4 with download speeds up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds up to 50 Mbps, compliant with 3GPP Release 10 standards. It features DC-HSPA+ 42 Mbps fallback capability, Rx Diversity and MIMO DL 2x2 support, and VoLTE functionality with SMS over IMS.

The module operates on a 3.3-4.2 VDC supply voltage range with a nominal 3.8 VDC, delivering Class 3 output power (0.2W, 23 dBm) for LTE. It includes comprehensive connectivity options with USB 2.0 HS/HSIC, UART, and PCM interfaces, along with 10 GPIO ports at 1.8V for peripheral and actuator integration. The device supports both 1.8V and 3V SIM interfaces and features RF pad with RX Diversity and MIMO pad connections.

Built on a 181-pin LGA interface with compact dimensions of 51 x 30 x 32mm, the LE910C4-WWX operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It includes integrated TCP/IP, UDP/IP, FTP, and SMTP stacks with IPv4/IPv6 support, controlled via AT commands according to 3GPP TS 27.005, 27.007 and Telit custom commands. The module supports simultaneous GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and QZSS positioning systems, includes SIM Application Toolkit compliance, and enables over-the-air firmware updates through OMA-DM Telit Software Management. The device is REACH and RoHS compliant, offering seamless migration within the xE910 mPCIe family for technology design reuse.
