Quectel EG120K-NA

The Quectel EG120K-NA is an LTE-Advanced Cat 12 module designed specifically for M2M and IoT applications in North America. Built on 3GPP Release 12 LTE technology, this module delivers peak data rates of 600 Mbps downlink and 150 Mbps uplink, enabling high-speed connectivity for demanding applications.

Housed in a compact LGA form factor measuring 37.0 × 39.5 × 2.8 mm, the EG120K-NA ensures compatibility with Quectel's EG06/EG12/EG18 modules, facilitating seamless migration between different LTE categories. The module operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -30°C to +75°C, with extended temperature support from -40°C to +85°C for harsh environments.

The EG120K-NA supports LTE-FDD bands 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 14, 25, 26, 29, 30, 66, and 71, along with LTE-TDD bands 41 and 48, providing comprehensive coverage for North American carriers including T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. Advanced features include 4×4 MIMO support on select bands for enhanced data rates and link reliability, LTE-A carrier aggregation, and optional VoLTE capability for voice services.

An integrated multi-constellation GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and Galileo enables precise positioning capabilities. The module offers versatile connectivity through multiple interfaces including USB 2.0/3.0, dual SIM support, UART, SPI, PCIe, and I2C. Additional features include DFOTA for firmware updates, DTMF support, and comprehensive driver support for Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux, and Android operating systems.
