Quectel EM060K-NA

The Quectel EM060K-NA is an LTE Advanced Category 6 module designed specifically for the North American market. This M.2 form factor module supports theoretical peak data rates of 300 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink using 3GPP Release 12 technology.

The module operates on LTE-FDD bands 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 14, 17, 25, 26, 29, 30, 66, and 71, as well as LTE-TDD bands 41, 42, 43, and 48 (CBRS), providing comprehensive coverage for North American carriers including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. It features downlink 2-carrier aggregation with both intra-band and inter-band support, along with DL 64QAM and UL 16QAM modulation.

Measuring 30.0 × 42.0 × 2.3 mm and weighing 6.2g, the EM060K-NA includes an integrated multi-constellation GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, and QZSS for precise positioning capabilities. The module offers dual SIM support (DSSS - Dual SIM Single Standby) with optional built-in eSIM functionality.

Key interfaces include USB 2.0/3.0, optional PCIe Gen2 for Wi-Fi and ethernet functions, and three antenna interfaces for main, Rx-diversity, and GNSS connections. The module operates within a temperature range of -25°C to +75°C (extended range: -40°C to +85°C) and requires a supply voltage of 3.135-4.4V (typical 3.7V).

The EM060K-NA is certified by FCC, IC, PTCRB, and GCF, ensuring compliance with North American regulatory requirements. It supports various protocols including QMI, MBIM, NITZ, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, LwM2M, and PING, making it suitable for applications such as industrial routers, home gateways, laptops, tablet PCs, and digital signage systems.
