Telit ME910C1-WW

The ME910C1-WW is a global LTE Cat M1/NB1 module designed specifically for IoT applications requiring low power consumption and extended coverage. Part of Telit's xE910 family, this 28.2 x 28.2 x 2.2 mm LGA module supports dual-mode Cat M1/NB1 capabilities with 2G fallback, enabling worldwide deployment with a single SKU.

The module supports extensive 4G band coverage including B1 (2100), B2 (1900), B3 (1800), B4 (AWS 1700), B5 (850), B8 (900), B12 (700), B13 (700), B18 (800), B19 (800), B20 (800), B26 (850), and B28 (700), along with 2G bands B2 (1900), B3 (1800), B5 (850), and B8 (900). It delivers data rates up to 300 kbps downlink and 236 kbps uplink for LTE Cat M1, and up to 21 kbps downlink and 62.5 kbps uplink for Cat NB1, with EGPRS fallback supporting up to 375 kbps downlink and 300 kbps uplink.

The ME910C1-WW features 3GPP Release 13 compliance with Power Saving Mode (PSM) and extended Discontinuous Reception (eDRX) for prolonged battery operation, plus enhanced coverage with up to +15 dB/+20 dB maximum coupling loss improvement. It includes comprehensive interfaces such as USB 2.0 HS, UART, SPI, I2C, and up to 10 I/O ports, operating across an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a 3.8V nominal supply voltage (3.2-4.2V range).

The module holds multiple certifications including PTCRB, GCF, RED, FCC/IC, RCM, Jate, Telec, CCC, and carrier approvals from AT&T, Verizon, NTT DoCoMo, Deutsche Telekom, Anatel, Telstra, Ifetel, Rogers, Telus, and US Cellular. It supports Telit's OneEdge software suite with AppZone C development environment, LwM2M protocol, firmware over-the-air updates, SSL security, and optional embedded GNSS capabilities, making it ideal for smart metering, asset tracking, healthcare monitoring, and various low-data-rate IoT deployments worldwide.
