Telit LE910C4-NF mPCIe

The Telit LE910C4-NF mPCIe is an LTE Cat.4 module optimized for low category LTE networks, delivering uplink speeds up to 50 Mbps and downlink speeds up to 150 Mbps. This module supports LTE bands B2, B4, B5, B12, B13, B14, B66, and B71, with 3G fallback on bands B2, B4, and B5, and 2G fallback on bands B1, B2, B4, B5, and B8, providing comprehensive coverage for North American carriers including AT&T, FirstNet, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Canadian networks.

Built on a 3GPP Release 10 compliant platform, the module features VoLTE support with voice fallback to 3G/2G networks, SMS over IMS, and includes Rx Diversity and MIMO DL 2x2 capabilities. The standard Mini PCIe form factor (51 x 30 x 32mm) with 181-pin LGA interface ensures easy integration, while the module offers extensive connectivity options including USB 2.0 HS/HSIC, UART, PCM, and 10 GPIO ports operating at 1.8V for battery-friendly operation.

The LE910C4-NF includes built-in TCP/IP, UDP/IP, FTP, and SMTP stacks with IPv4/IPv6 support, making it internet-ready for IoT applications. It supports simultaneous GNSS positioning (GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS) and features over-the-air firmware updates through OMA-DM. Operating across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a supply voltage of 3.3-4.2 VDC (3.8V nominal), the module delivers Class 3 output power (23 dBm) and is fully certified with FCC/IC, PTCRB, and GCF approvals for North American deployment. The module is REACH and RoHS compliant and supports Telit's IoT Connectivity services including module management capabilities.
