Telit LE910C4-LA mPCIe

The Telit LE910C4-LA mPCIe is a 4G LTE Category 4 module compliant with 3GPP Release 10, delivering up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink speeds in a compact mini PCIe form factor. Designed specifically for the LATAM market, this module supports LTE bands B2, B3, B5, B8, B1, B4, B7, and B28, with 3G HSPA+ fallback on bands B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B7, and B28A, and 2G GSM/GPRS fallback on bands B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B7, and B28.

The module features comprehensive voice support including VoLTE, 3G, and 2G voice capabilities, along with SMS over IMS. It includes built-in TCP/IP, UDP/IP, FTP, and SMTP stacks with IPv4/IPv6 support, making it internet-ready for IoT applications. The device offers multiple connectivity interfaces including USB 2.0 HS/HSIC, UART, SPI, PCM, and I2C, plus 10 configurable I/O ports at 1.8V for easy peripheral integration.

Operating across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the LE910C4-LA runs on a nominal 3.8 VDC supply (3.4-4.2 VDC range) and delivers Class 3 output power (23 dBm) for LTE. The module supports advanced features including Rx Diversity, MIMO DL 2x2, over-the-air firmware updates, and optional quad-constellation GNSS capability (GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS). Control is managed via AT commands according to 3GPP TS 27.005, 27.007 standards and Telit custom AT commands. The module is REACH and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for deployment across Latin American carriers and IoT applications requiring reliable 4G connectivity with comprehensive fallback options.
