Telit LE910C4-EU mPCIe SIM

The Telit LE910C4-EU mPCIe SIM is a Mini PCIe form factor LTE module optimized for European and EMEA markets, supporting LTE Cat.4 and Cat.1 connectivity with 3G/2G fallback capabilities. This module delivers download speeds up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds up to 50 Mbps on LTE Cat.4 networks, with DC-HSPA+ 42 Mbps support for 3G fallback scenarios.

Operating on LTE bands B1, B3, B7, B8, B20, and B28A, with 3G support on bands B1, B3, and B8, and 2G coverage on bands B3 and B8, the module ensures comprehensive network coverage across Europe. The device features VoLTE support with 3G/2G voice fallback, SMS over IMS, and includes built-in TCP/IP, UDP/IP, FTP, and SMTP protocol stacks with IPv4/IPv6 support.

The module incorporates a 181-pin LGA interface in a compact 51 x 30 x 32mm package, featuring USB 2.0 HS connectivity, UART, PCM interfaces, and 10 GPIO ports operating at 1.8V. It supports both 1.8V and 3V SIM interfaces and includes Rx Diversity and MIMO DL 2x2 capabilities for enhanced signal reception. The device operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and requires a nominal 3.8 VDC power supply (3.3-4.2 VDC range).

Certified with RED/GCF approvals for European markets, the module is controlled via AT commands according to 3GPP TS 27.005 and 27.007 standards, supports SIM Application Toolkit, and enables over-the-air firmware updates through OMA-DM. The module is REACH and RoHS compliant and supports simultaneous GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and QZSS positioning systems.
