Telit LE910C1-NFD

The Telit LE910C1-NFD is a 4G LTE Cat.1 module designed for the North American market, specifically optimized for FirstNet and AT&T networks. This compact module operates on LTE bands B2, B4, B12, B14, and B66, delivering data speeds up to 10 Mbps downlink and 5 Mbps uplink. The module supports VoLTE for voice services and features a compact 28.2 x 28.2 x 2.2 mm LGA form factor with 181-pin interface.

Built on 3GPP Release 9 compliance, the LE910C1-NFD includes comprehensive connectivity options with USB 2.0 HS/HSIC, UART, SPI, PCM, and I2C interfaces, along with 10 configurable I/O ports operating at 1.8V. The module operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and requires a nominal 3.8 VDC power supply (3.4-4.2 VDC range). It delivers Class 3 output power at 23 dBm for LTE transmission.

The module features built-in TCP/IP, UDP/IP, FTP, and SMTP protocol stacks with IPv4/IPv6 support, controlled via AT commands according to 3GPP standards. Additional capabilities include SMS over IMS, SIM Application Toolkit support, over-the-air firmware updates, and optional quad-constellation GNSS functionality supporting GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Galileo. The LE910C1-NFD is FCC/IC and PTCRB certified for North American deployment and is both REACH and RoHS compliant.
