Sierra Wireless MC7710

The Sierra Wireless AirPrime MC7710 is an LTE/HSPA+/GSM/GPRS/EDGE embedded wireless module designed for industrial M2M and mobile computing applications. This PCI Express Mini Card module delivers high-speed connectivity with peak download speeds up to 100 Mbps and upload speeds up to 50 Mbps.

The MC7710 supports LTE bands B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz), B7 (2600 MHz), B8 (900 MHz), and B20 (800 MHz), along with WCDMA bands B1 (2100 MHz) and B8 (900 MHz). It also features quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support at 850/900/1800/1900 MHz frequencies, providing comprehensive global network coverage.

Built in a standard 51 x 30 x 4.75mm form factor, the module features a USB 2.0 High Speed interface and operates with 1.8V IO voltage. It includes comprehensive location services with Standalone GPS, A-GPS, gpsXTRA, and GLONASS support. The MC7710 offers 4 GPIO pins, a flash LED output, and supports both 1.8V and 3V SIM interfaces. With 3 U.FL antenna connectors, it provides main, diversity, and GPS connectivity options.

The module operates within a temperature range of -25°C to +60°C and can be controlled via AT Commands or Gobi API. It has received CE, GCF-CC, and NCC regulatory approvals and is certified for use with T-Mobile networks. The MC7710 supports multiple operating systems including Windows, Android, and Linux, making it versatile for various deployment scenarios.
